Refund policy

Returns

Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, we are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.

If you have an issue with your order, you have to contact us directly (info@u911yduck.com) and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements have no cost for you.

If you received a different item than you ordered, including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes, the order is eligible for replacement.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you, may vary.
